Dr.
John F. Rooney has been practicing modern
dentistry in Northern California since 2002. Dr.
Rooney is originally from Ojai, CA. He
earned his DDS degree from the University of
California in San
Francisco. He then completed a one year
residency program earning his Advanced Education in General Dentistry
Certificate from the University of Florida. He
earned his undergraduate degree in Oral Biology
and Spanish. After
living in Madrid for three years, he returned to California where he
lives with
his wife Monica and two children, Connor and Sofia. Redding Dental Arts
was
opened in August of 2003. It was always Dr. Rooney's dream to build his
own state
of the art practice and to be able to serve his community with the
highest
technology available. His dream became a reality in July of 2006 when
Dr.
Rooney and staff moved to his brand new office on Victor Ave where he
is
currently located. Dr. Rooney’s friendly manor puts patients at
ease. He
has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education and provides
his
patients with the best dentistry has to offer. He
recently completed an extensive course in
Aesthetics and Occlusion in
Austin, Texas and an Advance Implant Dentistry course. He is a member
of the
Redding Advanced Dental Study, C.D.A. and A.D.A.
As the practice continued to grow, Dr. Rooney welcomed
Dr.Neill in
October of 2007. Her excellent technical skills and sweet personality
have proven
Dr. Neill to be an outstanding asset to Redding Dental Arts.
